Because most people want to hire many more than one activity, we have created multi-activity packages where you can save a minimum of 18% on our individual hire prices.

There are five packages – Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Platinum. Each of them offer substantial savings on our standard costs ranging from 18% for the Bronze Package through to a massive 35% for the Platinum Package.

We’ve given every activity within our product range a points value. Simply choose the games that you would like, add up the points and see which package it falls into:

All you have to do is decide what you want and let us know. We will confirm availability and answer any questions that you might have. We can also advise which games will work best for the audience at your event.

Everything that we do is bespoke, so if none of our packages are quite what you want, just let us know and we will come up with something appropriate and equally good value for money!

Each package price allows for a four-hour hire. This excludes the time taken to set everything up and then take down after your event.We are very happy to quote for hires that are longer than 4 hours.

It includes delivery to any address within 25 miles of our Oxfordshire hub. .

We regularly travel throughout the UK, so if you are more than 25 miles away, we can let you know what the delivery cost will be. If you are more than 25 miles from our base, there is a minimum charge for the games hire of £395 + vat, which is the cost of our Bronze Package @ 12 points.

If you require the games to be manned, we can do that as well for a small charge. (For insurance reasons, some activities have to be supervised by a Games2Hire operator)
